Design for America is excited to announce that our sixth annual Leadership Studio is just around the corner: August 11-15! Hosted at Northwestern University, DFA Leadership Studio 2016 is the flagship 5-day training program that will bring together over 110 leaders from 35+ campus studios representing a network of 1,200 college students. Joined by design experts, community leaders, and DFA Alumni, they will connect with the national network in an immersive leadership, design, and social impact experience.
This year, DFAers will engage in a design innovation sprint answering the question, “How can we improve the voting experience?” With election season upon us, students will add their creative solutions to this key role in our democracy. After Leadership Studio, students will return to their campus studios prepared to lead, innovate, and respond to key social challenges in their local communities.
Please join us at our Project Expo on Sunday, August 14th as students present the results of their 2-day design sprint challenge. RSVP here!
