DFA’s founding studio at Northwestern was started in 2009 and we are a hotbed of concerned students and future innovators. Through the design process we are creating tangible social impact in our local community. As we grow and expand we hope to take on both more members and meaningful projects.
People in DFA are passionate and are eager to learn more about people and our community. The organization is very well respected, and other student groups are inspired. Even though our DFA students are busy with classes and other student groups, DFA has become the priority for many of us and has transformed the type of projects we work on and classes we take.
